I deliver needle felting workshops to various charities and always enjoy seeing people benefit from the chance to create something special.
I normally find that people have not tried needle felting before, and learning a new technique as well as practicing a creative task can be highly rewarding. I have previously run workshops for charities including Women’s Aid, Red2Green, Museum of Cambridge, Newmarket Open Door, Homeless Hostel for Young People and Mildenhall Museum.
I adapt my workshops according to your group’s requirements and interests.
You’ll get to learn more about my sheep and see samples of their wool, natural and dyed. I bring along examples of my work so that you can see how I use the different types of wool to create different effects, before teaching you to create something special of your own.
Items that can be made during a workshop include a needle felted decoration, a gift or felted painting. If you have specific ideas about what your group would like to make, please feel free to discuss them with me.
I am based in Cambridgeshire, but travel all over the country delivering my workshops, so feel free to contact me whatever your location.
